Tonight Patrick took me wandering. We took photographs of strangers and drank hot chocolate in a trendy cafe that had bits of bikes hanging from the ceilings and a genuinely groovy atmosphere about it.
My favourite thing about these photos is the blur of the people walking by. I like that you can see that they were just passing by, insignificant as they are to me. Though I'd like to know every little thing about them, all I know is that they were in the same place that I was, if only for a moment. I know what they looked like in that moment and whether or not they were walking differently to the person next to them.
I also like that the skateboarders look like they're dancing.
